VEHICLE PARKING CERTIFICATE (VPC) SCHEME
Simplifying Compliance, Maximising Convenience
Under Singapore’s Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) scheme, regulated by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), all heavy vehicles are required to have a licensed parking space. A valid VPC is required for key processes such as vehicle registration, road tax renewal, ownership transfer, and usage conversion. Serving as proof of a designated overnight parking space, the VPC must remain valid throughout the vehicle’s road tax period.
