In 2022, during our 30th anniversary town hall, Call Lade initiated a series of stakeholder engagement sessions, prioritising direct conversations with our employees. These discussions provided valuable insights into their thoughts and aspirations for the company’s next 30 years. From these dynamic exchanges, one unified priority emerged: sustainability.

To thrive long-term, Call Lade recognised that sustainability must evolve from a goal to the foundation of our business. Our business model needed to be inherently sustainable, ensuring that every decision we make supports the enduring success and resilience of both our organisation and our people.

This shared commitment became the cornerstone of embedding sustainability into our mission. Today, it informs every step we take, every strategy we design, and every solution we implement. To drive this vision forward, we established our Sustainability Department to lead initiatives, foster innovation, and integrate sustainable practices throughout our operations.

Thus began our journey toward sustainability—a path defined by shared values, purposeful action, and a dedication to building a better, more resilient future for both our generation and those to come.
